Guidelines for individuals when Takeuchi. is in charge of character design or illustration.

This is the terms of use for Vtubers and activists who are in charge of character design.

It does not apply to requests for Live2D only

・Currently, I do not basically transfer the copyright to the individual customers.

・Please note that I will post the achievements working on your work on SNS and HP.
・ Please specify in your profile etc. that the creator is Takeuchi.
・ Purchasers can use and monetize within the scope of VTuber.
・ The purchaser can use model for commercial purposes within the scope of VTuber.
・It is possible for the purchaser to request other creators to produce illustrations etc. of the character you owned for the purpose of using them as VTuber for goods production and activities. (It is free to make arrangements such as changing costumes.)
・ Commercial use for derivative works of other creators and secondary use are not permitted. Please contact us for planning etc.
・ Activities that damage the image of Takeuchi or attack third parties and their rights cannot be performed.
・ Activities that include expressions that are offensive to public order and morals, or activities that include religious or political messages are not permitted.
・ Please contact me in advance if you want to create or do activities for adults. It may not be accepted.
・ If the copyright is not transferred, the illustrator of the same design and the same character cannot be changed.
・ If you have not transferred the copyright, or if another person such as a production company requests you to transfer the copyright, please contact me in advance.
・ Models and illustrations cannot be resold.If a violation is found in the above guidelines and it is determined that it cannot accept it, I may forcibly terminate the activity as that character with my rights.
